The role of Server at University Senior Living, a part of Arrow Senior Living located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a part-time position with competitive pay ranging from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour. This role requires working Sunday through Tuesday from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The Server position is integral in delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for. As a Server, you will be known as the "Host with the Most," greeting and engaging residents to foster connections in the dining room, preparing tables and salads in the role of "Peppy Prepper," maintaining cleanliness as the "Titan of Tidiness," and playing the important part of an "Appetite Anthropologist" by communicating changes in residents' dietary habits or attendance to supervisors and wellness staff.

This position demands a positive and energetic attitude, strong communication skills in English, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Additionally, Servers must be able to assist residents with mobility and be cleared through a criminal background check.
