The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, Missouri, is currently hiring a part-time Server to join their vibrant team. The position offers a competitive starting wage ranging from $15.00 to $22.00 per hour, with a work schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm. Job Duties

  • Greet residents and create a welcoming atmosphere in the dining room
  • Prepare dining areas including setting tables, prepping salads, and rolling silverware
  • Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables and sweeping floors
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ dietary habits and absences at meals
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and mobility after falls
  • Foster social interaction among residents during meal times
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and wellness staff about resident needs
