This role requires physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The Wellington offers an employee-centered workplace culture that values growth, promoting from within, appreciation, and recognition programs. Employees enjoy benefits including 401(k) company match, medical and dental insurance for full-time staff, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
