Job Description

Arrow Senior Living is a distinguished leader in the senior living industry, managing a network of 34 communities across six states including Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, and Arkansas. With a team of nearly 2,200 employees, the company is dedicated to providing comprehensive care encompassing independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Arrow Senior Living's commitment to a home-like atmosphere is evident not only in the comfort provided to its residents but also in the supportive and welcoming environment it creates for its employees. This company prioritizes core values that enrich the quality of life for residents, fostering a deeply engaging and rewarding workplace culture for its staff. The company promotes from within, emphasizing career growth and employee appreciation through incentives and robust benefit programs.

The role of Server at The Boulevard Senior Living, located in St. Charles, Missouri, is a part-time position offering a competitive starting wage ranging from $15.00 to $21.50 per hour. Scheduled shifts run from Monday to Sunday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work hours in a meaningful setting. As a Server, you will be instrumental in creating a positive dining experience for senior residents by acting as a warm and friendly host, engaging with residents, and fostering connections that enhance their daily lives. Duties extend beyond serving meals to include preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and monitoring residents’ dining-related health needs in collaboration with supervisors and the wellness team.

This role emphasizes both the physical demands of the job—such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds—and the interpersonal skills necessary for engaging respectfully and compassionately with senior residents. This position is ideal for someone energetic and caring with a strong interest in the wellbeing of older adults, capable of responding to their needs while contributing to a team-oriented, family-like work environment. The Boulevard Senior Living values diversity and inclusivity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and respecting all faiths, races, genders, and orientations.

Arrow Senior Living offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) company match program, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurances, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance programs, and recognition initiatives. Employees enjoy the added perk of complimentary meals during shifts and opportunities for direct deposit and daily paycheck options. Most importantly, the company fosters a culture of growth and internal promotion, encouraging long-term career development within the organization. This combination of meaningful work, competitive compensation, and supportive benefits makes the Server position at The Boulevard Senior Living a valuable and fulfilling opportunity for those passionate about senior care and hospitality.
