Job Requirements
- at least sixteen years of age
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude
- ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for long durations
- criminal background clearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room and mingle with residents
- prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- help residents after a fall when necessary
- foster a welcoming and engaging environment for residents
