The Castlewood Senior Living, located in Nixa, Missouri, is part of this esteemed network. They are currently seeking a part-time Server to join their vibrant dining team. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour and involves working Thursday through Saturday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. As a Server at Castlewood, your role extends beyond traditional dining service. You will be recognized as a "Host with the Most," a "Peppy Prepper," a "Titan of Tidiness," and an "Appetite Anthropologist." These creative and engaging titles reflect the multifaceted duties of the role, such as greeting residents warmly and making them feel welcome, preparing dining areas and meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and order, and monitoring residents' dietary habits and well-being to communicate any concerns to supervisors and wellness staff.

This position requires someone who is energetic, compassionate, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds. The Server will also assist residents with mobility and provide help if a resident experiences a fall.
