Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to assist residents with mobility
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area
- Mingle and entertain residents to foster a warm community atmosphere
- Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meal service
- Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Monitor residents' dietary habits and communicate any concerns to supervisors or wellness staff
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and provide aid after a fall
- Maintain an energetic and positive demeanor while performing all duties
