The role of Server at Arrow Senior Living is a vital part of the community’s dining experience. The server works Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., serving at the Summit community located at 16100 Chenal Valley Drive in Little Rock. As a server, the individual embodies multiple roles such as the "Host with the Most," who warmly greets and entertains residents to create a welcoming dining atmosphere. They are also the "Peppy Prepper," responsible for preparing tables, salads, and rolling silverware to ensure smooth meal service. The "Titan of Tidiness" aspect involves maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment by bussing tables and sweeping floors. Additionally, the server assumes the role of "Appetite Anthropologist," communicating with supervisors and wellness staff when unusual dietary habits or appetite changes occur among residents.

Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and the ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds, highlighting the need for an active and energetic individual.
