Job Description

Cascade Living Group is a distinguished provider of senior living solutions, committed to enriching the lives of its residents through compassionate, quality care and a strong focus on wellness and purposeful living. With a mission to deliver an environment where the difference between merely living and living well is evident, Cascade Living offers a range of services including assisted living and memory care. Among its caring communities, Sierra Del Sol stands out as a comprehensive assisted living and memory care facility located in Tucson, Arizona. Sierra Del Sol provides attentive care designed to meet the varied needs of seniors and their families from across the region, fostering a supportive and engaging community where residents thrive. The Cascade Living Group prides itself on a work culture that reflects the same dedication and respect they have for their residents, embracing diversity and inclusion at every level of the organization. The company is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to maintaining a discrimination-free workplace and providing accommodations during the hiring process for individuals with disabilities. Employment offers depend on successfully passing a background check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.

As a Server (Dining Services Associate) with Sierra Del Sol, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality dining experiences tailored to seniors' unique dietary and nutritional needs. This position involves more than serving food; it’s about building meaningful, ongoing relationships with residents, thereby enhancing their daily lives through care and attentiveness. Your responsibilities extend to collaborating closely with the dining room manager to understand and implement appropriate dietary plans, preparing the dining area for meals, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of both kitchen and dining environments. The role demands a compassionate and professional demeanor, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a focused and ownership-driven attitude. It also requires the use of current certifications, such as first aid and food handler or ServeSafe certification, to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in meal service. Working hours are part-time, specifically from 6:30am to 2pm or 11am to 7pm, with a requirement for weekend availability. The pay range is competitive, from $15.50 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to monetary compensation, you will benefit from a robust package including health insurance for eligible employees, 401(k) plans with company match, paid time off, educational assistance, and several other benefits aimed at supporting your career growth and personal well-being. If you have a passion for serving seniors and want to make a tangible difference in their lives, this position with Sierra Del Sol and Cascade Living Group offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute within a highly respected and caring community.
