The role on offer is for a Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living, designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and contributing to an outstanding dining experience for seniors. This position involves working closely with the Dining Room Coordinator and other servers within the Assisted Living community to provide attentive and personalized dining services. Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
  • Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
  • Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
