At Cape Cod Senior Residences, the focus is on creating a safe, home-like environment where seniors can enjoy dignified living complemented by a gourmet dining experience. The facility emphasizes a resident-centered approach, ensuring that every individual’s needs are met with compassion and professionalism. The dining team is an essential part of this mission, tasked with delivering superior customer service alongside delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals.
The Dining Room Server role at Cape Cod Senior Residences is a part-time position offering shifts primarily in the afternoons and evenings on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This role is pivotal in enhancing the dining experience for senior residents, combining attentive service with genuine care and a warm demeanor. Employees also benefit from additional perks such as diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives promoting an open and supportive workplace, a generous referral bonus program, retail discounts on a variety of services, and financial accounts like Health Reimbursement Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts to assist with medical expenses. There is also a nationwide tuition rewards program, reduced meal costs during shifts, professional development opportunities including certification in dementia care, and commuter benefits offering pre-tax savings on public transportation and parking expenses.
The ideal candidate for the Dining Room Server role will possess strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to engage warmly and effectively with residents.
