P.F. Chang's is currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly dine-in food and beverage servers, also known as waiters and waitresses. This role is essential to the restaurant’s operation, as these team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining journey. The servers act as the face of the restaurant, providing personalized service by anticipating and exceeding the expectations of each guest. They must have a deep understanding of the menu, be able to engage guests in menu selections, and respond knowledgeably to any questions. Servers manage the ordering and serving process efficiently, maintaining a smooth flow from order placement to meal delivery and payment processing.

This position does not require previous experience, as P.F. Chang's offers paid on-the-job training to equip new team members with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions
  • guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
