Job Duties
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations
- Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer guests' questions
- Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders
- Process guest payments efficiently
- Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas to deliver food accurately
- Execute proper sanitation practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth service flow
