The role of a dine-in food and beverage server is crucial within our restaurant's operation. As a core team member, you will be responsible for delivering an amazing hospitality experience to each guest by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations. This role requires understanding the restaurant menu thoroughly to engage with guests effectively, help them select menu items, and answer their questions professionally. You will guide guests through their dining experience, taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders and processing payments efficiently. Knowledge of the restaurant seating layout and server areas enables seamless food delivery and smooth operations. We value team members who display excellent customer service skills, proper etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for those new to the industry, so previous experience is not mandatory.
