Operating with a deep commitment to its Christian ministry values, PHS aims to honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults. The organization serves more than 41,800 seniors annually across its 60 affiliated communities located throughout Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, as well as through home and community services offered by Optage®. PHS also co-owns Genevive, the largest geriatric primary care practice in Minnesota, providing specialized care to over 15,500 older adults.
