Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or server role preferred
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capable of standing, walking and moving for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and raise a tray up to 25 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- must pass all required tests and training for the position
- adherence to dress code and grooming standards
- friendly and courteous communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately

Job Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements for the position

Job Duties

- suggestively sells and achieves guest check average targets
- accurately enters orders on the point of sale system
- prepares beverage orders as well as some appetizers, salads, and desserts
- checks prepared orders for completeness and presentation
- delivers food and beverage orders timely and in accordance with standards
- attends to guests during the entire dining experience in a prompt and courteous manner
- demonstrates knowledge of station and floor breakdowns
- possesses strong product and menu knowledge
- uses proper telephone etiquette
- assists with to go orders
- pre-busses tables in a timely manner
- clears, cleans and presets tables promptly upon guests departure
- addresses complaints and requests promptly in a courteous manner
- notifies the supervisor of any issues
