Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Certification in serving alcohol responsibly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests at tables and offer food menu
- Inform guests of drink specials
- Obtain food and drink orders and communicate to kitchen or bartender
- Deliver food and drinks to guests
- Periodically check back with guests to ensure needs are met and offer dessert
- Present the check and handle payment transactions
- Remove dirty dishes and linens as needed
- Reset tables with clean china, linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper
- Maintain familiarity with menu prices and daily specials
- Monitor and restock snacks at tables as needed
- Empty, clean, and refill items according to side work duties
- Maintain a clean uniform and personal appearance
- Adhere to certification requirements for serving alcohol responsibly
- Complete required OSHA safety training
- Understand fire alarm system and evacuation procedures
- Perform all duties in a safe manner
- Be flexible and adaptable to job changes
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Maintain confidentiality of company business functions
