We are currently seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at the location on 1501 Concord Ave. This role is essential to upholding the Chili's standard of hospitality and excellent guest service. As a Server at Chili's, you will be the face of the restaurant, providing hospitable and customized service to every guest. You will play a key role in creating an atmosphere that makes guests feel special and valued while delivering timely, efficient service. This position offers a flexible schedule, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours, accommodating various availabilities including some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The pay for this role starts at $16.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the value placed on quality service.

In this role, you will learn our extensive menu to confidently explain and recommend items, enhancing the guest experience. Your contributions extend beyond serving food and drinks, as you will also perform opening and closing duties and collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
