The exempt commission potential ranges from $0.50 to $10.00 for memberships and $0.15 to $3.00 for Fun Passes, while non-exempt employees can earn between $2.00 to $8.00 for memberships and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes. Commissions are paid bi-weekly, subject to state laws.
