Regarding the role, CEC Entertainment is seeking Servers to join the Chuck E. Cheese team. Cheese play a critical role in delivering exceptional service by providing food to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience that complements the fun environment. The position offers an hourly wage between $17.75 and $18.75, plus commission opportunities that can vary based on membership and Fun Pass sales, with bi-weekly payouts. This role requires energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages. Servers are cross-trained in various positions to empower them with broad competencies and growth potential, with over 60% of management promoted from within. Essential job functions include the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. The work environment is lively and may include flashing lights, mechanical noise, and a fast-paced atmosphere, requiring resilience and teamwork.
