Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service roles is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests
- Engage guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Promote Chuck E. Cheese memberships and Fun Passes to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving area
- Assist with other team tasks as needed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Handle cash or payment transactions if required
