Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Capability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service roles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in service areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Contribute to a positive team environment
