Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle job stress
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple roles
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Provide great service by delivering food and beverages to guests
- Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and guest tables
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with cross-training in other restaurant positions
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during shifts
- Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation standards
