Non-Exempt employees have the potential to earn commissions ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, with payments also issued bi-weekly. The company offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access their earned wages promptly after working, enhancing financial flexibility.
