Job Description
CEC Entertainment, LLC (CEC), headquartered in Irving, Texas, is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment. Proudly operating iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade, CEC has spent decades creating joyful, lasting memories for kids and families through the perfect blend of fun, food, and play. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues spread across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC continually brings together communities and families to enjoy quality food and engaging entertainment.
Chuck E. Cheese is known as the place Where a Kid Can Be a Kid®, a brand committed to safety and innovation, highlighted by its award-winning programs like Kid Check® and community initiatives that have donated more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience where “The Fun is Baked In,” emphasizing wholesome family time and physical activity through its attractions that support kids' physical wellness and motor skill development.
CEC Entertainment is also recognized for its strong culture of inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being. The company notably earned the "Best in STEM" award in 2025 and was named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, underscoring its industry leadership in innovation and the care it provides its workforce. The company embraces diversity and ensures equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected classes.
Now hiring Servers at Chuck E. Cheese, CEC offers competitive pay between $15.00 and $16.00 hourly, and a unique commission potential based on membership and Fun Pass sales, with commissions paid bi-weekly. This position is a fantastic opportunity for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a rewarding career within a supportive, fun environment. Through cross-training and internal promotions, over 60% of CEC managers have been promoted from within, reflecting the company’s dedication to career growth.
As a Server at Chuck E. Cheese, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by providing great food and creating a fun atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and entertained. The role offers flexible schedules, a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarship opportunities, perks and discounts programs, an employee referral program, and access to the CEC Cares Fund, which supports employees during emergencies.
Servers at CEC must be at least 15 years old, possess excellent customer service skills, and bring an energetic and enthusiastic personality. The role requires physical activity such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during scheduled shifts. The work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, so resilience under job stress and effective interaction with guests and teammates are essential.
CEC Entertainment prioritizes health and safety, maintaining rigorous sanitation standards that meet or exceed local requirements to protect the health of both team members and guests. As part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and safety, employees can expect a dynamic, supportive work culture committed to excellence and fun every day.
