Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to multitask and work well within a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages to guests with high-quality customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines during shifts
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations
- Support promotional sales by encouraging memberships and Fun Pass purchases
