Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and friendly service to guests by delivering food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience and address any questions or concerns
- Assist with upselling memberships and Fun Passes to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to coordinate orders efficiently
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support and participate in team training and development sessions
