This position is available in both exempt and non-exempt categories, offering a commission system that rewards the sale of Memberships and Fun Passes, paid out bi-weekly (or in accordance with state laws). The server role requires candidates to be at least 15 years old, energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working various shifts. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as the physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout the shift. The work environment can involve loud noises, flashing lights, and moving mechanical parts, necessitating individuals who can handle job stress and maintain effective interactions with both guests and coworkers.
