This position is designed to empower Cast Members to deliver exceptional customer service by engaging in cross-training across various roles within the store. The Server’s primary responsibility is to provide great service by delivering food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring their visit is as enjoyable as possible. Servers are an essential part of the guest experience, acting as friendly ambassadors for the brand, balancing the energy of a fun atmosphere with focus on customer satisfaction.
Chuck E. Cheese offers both exempt and non-exempt employment types for this role, with commission opportunities based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes, paid out bi-weekly or according to state law. Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to comply with health and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
