Servers at Chuck E. Cheese must be at least 15 years old and possess excellent customer service skills. They must be available to work various shifts and have the physical capability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts. The work environment can include flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, making it essential that employees can handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers.
