Compensation for Servers includes competitive pay complemented by a commission structure where non-exempt employees can earn additional income by selling memberships and Fun Passes. The commission ranges from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, paid out bi-weekly unless state law mandates otherwise. Exempt employees have separate commission rates with potential earnings from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass. Servers can also participate in the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which provides a flexible pay solution to avoid waiting between paychecks.

This position requires individuals who are at least 15 years old with availability to work various shifts. Servers must possess excellent customer service skills and an energetic, enthusiastic personality to engage with guests effectively. The job involves physical activities such as lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts.
