Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, and move actively during shifts
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests as they receive their food
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in serving areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Engage guests with an energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Handle transactions and promote membership and Fun Pass sales
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
