As a Server, you will be part of a dynamic team in a lively environment where maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding safety and sanitation standards are of the utmost importance. The company prides itself on maintaining rigorous health and sanitation practices to protect the health of both guests and employees. The physical demands of the role include standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds during shifts. As a part of the team, you will interact with guests and co-workers in an environment characterized by flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and upbeat noise levels, all contributing to a fun and energetic atmosphere.

CEC Entertainment offers competitive compensation with commission opportunities: exempt employees can earn from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees have commission rates ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Payments are made bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. The company also features a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access their earned wages the next day.
