This position offers an exciting commission structure for both exempt and non-exempt employees. Exempt employees can earn commissions from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, with payments made bi-weekly. Non-exempt employees have the potential to earn commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, also paid bi-weekly according to state law. The company supports a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program to provide employees with faster access to their earnings.
Working as a Server at Chuck E. Cheese requires excellent customer service skills, an energetic and enthusiastic personality, and availability to work various shifts. Physical demands include the ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. Employees must also be able to handle stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers in a dynamic environment that includes flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises.
