Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to learn and take on various roles within the team
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and serving areas
- Assist guests with questions and ensure a positive dining experience
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and service
- Participate in cross-training and support other team members as needed
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes to guests
