The company values energetic and customer-focused team members who contribute positively to the lively and family-oriented atmosphere.

The Server role at Chuck E. Cheese offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals seeking either a first-time job or a stepping stone toward an exciting career in hospitality and entertainment. Servers are vital to delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring timely and friendly food delivery while supporting the fun and interactive environment Chuck E. Cheese is famous for. This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.90 to $18.90, enhanced by a commission program that rewards employees for Membership and Fun Pass sales. This means servers can increase their earnings through commissions paid bi-weekly, with rates varying depending on exempt or non-exempt status.

Operating under the company’s “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program, employees have unique access to their earned wages without waiting for the traditional payroll cycle, promoting financial flexibility. Chuck E. Cheese provides comprehensive benefits, including a 50% discount on meals during shifts, flexible scheduling, scholarship opportunities, employee perks and discounts, and an employee referral program. Additionally, the CEC Cares Fund supports employees in times of catastrophe, reflecting the company’s commitment to its workforce.

Ideal candidates for the Server role are at least 15 years old, available for various shifts, possess excellent customer service skills, and maintain an energetic and enthusiastic personality. The work involves physical activity such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, and active engagement in a vibrant, sometimes lively environment with flashing lights and mechanical noises. The role also demands the ability to handle stress and maintain effective interaction with both guests and coworkers.

CEC Entertainment is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion. The company considers qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records fairly, adhering to applicable laws such as the California Fair Chance Act and local ordinances. Reasonable accommodations are provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
