Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to comply with health and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by delivering food promptly and courteously
- Assist in setting up and maintaining clean dining and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and membership sales responsibly
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage participation in programs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adapt to dynamic work environments with flashing lights and loud noises
- Uphold company health and safety standards while performing duties
