They prioritize safety and well-being, implementing rigorous health and sanitation standards to ensure a secure environment for guests and employees alike. Their landmark Kid Check program exemplifies their dedication to family security, while their community support initiatives have contributed more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits.

The open hiring position is for Servers at Chuck E. Cheese locations, a role designed for those passionate about excellent customer service and creating fun, memorable experiences for guests. Servers must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting throughout their shifts. There is an emphasis on team collaboration, positive communication, and handling job-related stress effectively, all towards enhancing the guest experience.

Compensation for this role is competitive, starting between $16.90 and $17.90 per hour, plus commission potential based on membership and Fun Pass sales, varying for exempt and non-exempt statuses. The company offers an attractive “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program to facilitate timely payment, alleviating financial stresses for employees. In addition to monetary compensation, employees benefit from a dynamic work environment with a range of perks including a 50% meal discount during shifts, flexible scheduling options, scholarships, employee referral programs, and an assistance fund for emergencies (CEC Cares Fund).

As a well-established employer, CEC Entertainment promotes equal opportunity in hiring and accommodates individuals with disabilities, adhering to all relevant state and federal laws. Potential hires may undergo background checks depending on the responsibilities of the position. Overall, becoming a Server at Chuck E.
