Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible schedules and various shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and attending to guests
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Assist with cross-training in other restaurant roles as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
