Job Description

CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment. The company proudly operates iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade, offering a memorable experience where fun, food, and play come together. Chuck E. Cheese is well known for celebrating over half a million birthdays annually and creating joyful lasting memories dedicated to kids and families. The brand’s commitment to safety and community support is evident through initiatives like Kid Check® and charitable donations exceeding $24 million to schools and nonprofits. In 2025, Chuck E. Cheese was honored with the “Best in STEM” award and recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, highlighting its leadership in innovation and employee well-being.

Peter Piper Pizza complements this family-friendly atmosphere by providing a neighborhood pizzeria experience centered on quality food and engaging entertainment, proving that fun isn’t just added on — "The Fun is Baked In." The company, along with its franchisees, manages nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues in 45 states and 18 countries, fostering a culture that champions diversity, inclusion, and the power of play to unite families.

The Server role at Chuck E. Cheese offers both first-time job seekers and seasoned workers a chance to build an exciting career in a vibrant, fun environment. Servers are essential team members who deliver excellent guest service by providing food and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere. Employees enjoy flexible schedules, competitive pay, and unique commission structures based on memberships and Fun Pass sales. The pay models include commission potentials for exempt employees ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sale and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass, while non-exempt employees have commission potentials from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership sale and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. These commissions are paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise.

Chuck E. Cheese also invests in the growth and well-being of its employees through programs like the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which allows employees to access their earnings faster. Promotions from within are celebrated—with over 60% of management roles filled by internal talent—emphasizing the company’s commitment to career advancement. Servers cross-train in various positions, building diverse skills and gaining opportunities for upward mobility. The work environment involves physical activity such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking. It is lively with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises, which adds to the unique and entertaining atmosphere. Safety and health are also priorities, with rigorous sanitation standards exceeding local requirements, plus reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities.

Join CEC Entertainment as a Server and become part of a company that not only focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences but also genuinely cares about its employees’ careers and community. Benefit from flexible schedules, meal discounts, scholarships, employee referral programs, and unique perks while contributing to a culture where 'a kid can be a kid' and fun is always at the forefront.

CEC Entertainment is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring fair hiring practices without discrimination on the basis of protected classes such as race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, veteran status, and more.
