Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous server or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient food service to guests
- Deliver food orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations and dining areas
- Assist in cross-training for various positions within the establishment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere to health and safety standards during all duties
