Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to adhere to health and safety standards and participate in training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service roles is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- capability to stand and move throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- deliver food orders accurately and promptly to tables
- engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- handle cash and transaction processing
- support team members across different roles as needed
- adhere to health and safety standards
