Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- Pass background check if position requires
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Capable of handling job stress and working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide great customer service while delivering food to guests
- Engage guests with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Upsell memberships and fun passes to maximize commission
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of server and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all shifts
