CEC Entertainment, LLC is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment, headquartered in Irving, Texas. The company proudly operates iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade, serving families across the United States and internationally. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues in 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment is dedicated to creating joyful and lasting experiences through a combination of fun, food, and play. The company emphasizes its commitment to safety, community support, and innovation, having donated more than $24 million to schools and nonprofits and receiving accolades such as the "Best in STEM" award and recognition as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces. Both Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza emphasize family-friendly entertainment, offering engaging environments where children’s physical wellness and motor skills are fostered through various attractions and activities. These brands are dedicated to inclusivity, diversity, and maintaining high standards of health and safety for all their guests and employees.

The role of Server at Chuck E. Cheese offers an exciting opportunity for both first-time job seekers and for those seeking to build a rewarding career within a well-established and growing company. Servers at Chuck E. Cheese are essential team members who provide outstanding service by delivering food to guests in a fun, friendly atmosphere. The company promotes career growth from within, with over 60% of management positions filled by employees who began their journey as Cast Members. This position offers competitive pay along with commission potential: Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, while Non-Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and from $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. These commissions are paid bi-weekly, except where state law requires otherwise. Additionally, Chuck E. Cheese provides a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, helping employees access their earnings without delay.

Servers are empowered to engage with guests by providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm and energy. The position requires individuals to be physically active, as it involves lifting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing or pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts in an environment characterized by flashing lights, mechanical equipment, and lively noise levels. Candidates should be at least 15 years old and able to work various shifts. The work culture encourages learning through cross-training in multiple roles, designing a diverse and dynamic work experience that cultivates career advancement opportunities. Employee benefits include flexible schedules, a 50% meal discount during shifts, scholarships, employee referral programs, perks and discounts, and the CEC Cares Fund to assist employees during emergencies or catastrophes.

CEC Entertainment fosters a culture that respects diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring an equal opportunity workplace free from discrimination based on race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, and other protected characteristics. The company takes pride in creating a supportive environment for its workforce and guests alike, highlighting its commitment to safety through rigorous health and sanitation protocols that meet or exceed local regulations. This commitment helps maintain a welcoming atmosphere where both employees and guests can feel secure and valued. Overall, a career as a Server at Chuck E.
