Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Deliver food promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Engage with guests to create a fun and welcoming environment
- Handle transactions and sales of Memberships and Fun Passes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
