Currently, CEC Entertainment is hiring Servers who play a crucial role in providing exceptional service by delivering food to guests with enthusiasm and care. These positions offer flexible schedules and competitive pay, with a commission program varying by employment status: Exempt employees can earn commissions from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while Non-Exempt employees have commission potentials ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Payments are made bi-weekly unless state laws require otherwise.

The role of Server at Chuck E. Cheese is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people in a lively, family-focused atmosphere. Servers are expected to maintain excellent customer service and uphold the company’s high standards of safety and sanitation. Physical activity is a part of the job, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds and performing various movements during the shift such as standing, bending, kneeling, and walking.
