The compensation includes hourly wages ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, supplemented by commission potential for memberships and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly. Working as a Server requires an energetic and enthusiastic personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work various shifts. The job involves physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. The work environment includes elements such as flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, demanding resilience and effective interaction with guests and coworkers.
