The Server role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.90 to $17.90 and includes commission opportunities tied to selling memberships and Fun Passes. The compensation structure varies for non-exempt and exempt employees, with commission payouts made bi-weekly. Chuck E. Cheese also provides a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages promptly.
