Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers

Job Duties
- Provide great customer service to guests
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately
- Engage with guests, especially children and families, to ensure a fun experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle transactions including membership and Fun Pass sales
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas
- Follow health and safety procedures
