Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple positions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service while delivering food to guests
- Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Cross-train and perform various roles to support team needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Adhere to health and sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Work flexible shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment
