Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- able to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to handle cash transactions is beneficial
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service to guests by delivering food
- engage with guests to promote membership and Fun Pass sales
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- handle food and beverages safely and according to health standards
- work cohesively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- assist in managing guest inquiries and resolving minor complaints
- follow health and safety protocols diligently
