CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment. The company proudly operates iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck’s Arcade across nearly 600 locations in 45 states and 18 countries. CEC Entertainment is dedicated to creating joyful and lasting memories for families by blending fun, food, and play, championing the motto "Where a Kid Can Be a Kid®." The company emphasizes safety with programs like Kid Check® and community support initiatives, having donated over $24 million to schools and nonprofits. In 2025, Chuck E. Cheese was honored with the "Best in STEM" award and recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, reflecting its leadership in innovation and commitment to employee well-being. Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience, combining quality food with engaging entertainment to bring families and communities together. The organization fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing the varied backgrounds and perspectives of its workforce to better serve its diverse customer base.

Now, CEC Entertainment is hiring Servers to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for both first-time job seekers and those seeking to build a rewarding career in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Servers are essential contributors to the Chuck E. Cheese experience, entrusted with delivering exceptional food service while engaging warmly with guests. The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.15 to $18.15, with additional commission opportunities tied to membership and Fun Pass sales. Servers benefit from a flexible work schedule, a 50% meal discount during shifts, and access to various employee perks including scholarships, referral programs, and special discounts.

The Server role involves more than just serving food; it requires an energetic and enthusiastic personality that can thrive in a lively environment filled with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and vibrant noise levels. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the physical ability to perform essential functions such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. CEC Entertainment prioritizes employee safety and health, adhering to rigorous sanitation standards and offering reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

This opportunity provides a pathway for growth, as more than 60% of managers have been promoted from within the company. Full-time employees enjoy a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, vacation time, 401(k) retirement plans, and access to employee assistance programs. Part-time employees with eligible hours also have access to voluntary health insurance and many of the same supportive benefits. The company’s "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program enhances financial flexibility for employees by allowing early access to earned wages. Join CEC Entertainment to be part of a vibrant, welcoming environment where your efforts contribute to memorable experiences for families and children while building a fulfilling career in the food and entertainment industry.
