Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Must be able to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle job stress and work well with co-workers and guests
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests by delivering food promptly
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Assist with setting up and breaking down shifts
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards during service
