Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to work in environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic math skills to handle transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Deliver food efficiently and accurately to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas
- Participate in cross-training for multiple positions
- Follow health and safety standards
