This compensation structure rewards employees for their sales efforts, with commissions varying for exempt and non-exempt employees and paid out bi-weekly.

The Server role requires an energetic and enthusiastic personality paired with excellent customer service skills. Employees must be physically capable of performing essential duties such as lifting or carrying objects up to 50 pounds and standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts.
