Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
- Participate in cross-training for various positions
- Promote memberships and fun passes to customers
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
