About the Role: CEC Entertainment is now hiring Servers who play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing great service and ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately. Servers are empowered to contribute to a fun and family-friendly atmosphere, engaging with guests while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role suits first-time job seekers or individuals looking to grow their career within a company that values internal promotion—over 60% of management positions are filled by promoted team members.

Servers at Chuck E. Cheese enjoy competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with commission potential based on membership and fun pass sales. Non-exempt employees can earn additional commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per fun pass sold, while exempt employees have commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 and $0.15 to $3.00 respectively. The company features a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees fast access to their earnings.

Job Requirements
